David's early UX research was integral in successful online launches for Google, HBO, Verizon, and Absolut Vodka. Later, his work for clients like Citi, FedEx, Samsung, and Globant have helped these companies build better experiences online and off.
David has presented his views on UX and how to create meaning for customers at industry conferences including the Advertising Research Foundation’s (ARF) Week of Workshops, UXPA International Conference, and New York IxDA.
With a deep understanding of client domains, business decision makers and end users, he works consistently to translate client objectives into actionable solutions.
